As provided, downgrading your Operating System is not supported. But if the Liquid Glass does not suite your taste, you have the option to tone the effect down by going to Settings >. Display and Brightness > Liquid Glass > Set it to Tinted. Note you must have Reduce Transparency and Increase Contrast turned off.

Gotta say that this is the first post I recall of someone looking to revert to it, as it was undesired by so many.
