AirPods stopped working - no more.

I’m writing to express my frustration that my AirPods have stopped working.


I won’t be buying products like these from Apple anymore, as they seem to fail far too quickly.


I’d rather purchase a cheaper brand instead.

What model AirPods do you have?

Where did you purchase them?

When did this happen, after a system upgrade/update on a Mac or iPhone?

Have you taken them into your nearest  Apple Genius Bar to see if Apple can fix them?
