Apple Watch vs. Iphone notifications

Hello,

My question is about the Apple Watch Series 10 (GPS) & Iphone 14 Pro Max with latest software, and the notifications process.

I have a series of notifications enabled on my Apple Watch (e.g. irregular heart rhythm, etc.). If I disable all Iphone Health notifications, it won't affect the Apple Watch notifications correct?

E.g. I've disabled Iphone Health notifications and on my Apple Watch the Cardio Fitness and Irregular Rhythm notifications are still enabled (these two notifications are also enabled on Apple Watch function within the Iphone).

I did not enable the Iphone Health app notifications previously so want to make sure it has not previously affected the notifications on my Apple Watch.
