Today I highlighted to whole note page and tried to undo it on Mac but was unable to and by the time I found out I had to use command+Z I couldn't undo my 4 year list of shows I've watched with all of the dates on the side.
I just want to recover my 200+ list that took me so long.
I also don't have a usb where I could have backed up my files so I don't think that can help me .. :(

I. Finding Older Versions of Notes:
Did you ever Create a Time Machine Backup that has this? If so, you can try restoring items from it. If not, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always create a backup of your devices; that way, you can have something to restore your files and devices form, should anything go worng in the future.
II. Recovering Lost Notes:
If you have lost the notes, then here is what to try...
A. Start Here: If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
B. Restore from a Backup:
Did your ever back up your iPhone with these installed? If so, back up you could back up your iPhone, and then restore it from the backup.
C. iCloud in Settings: Look in iCloud settings in each device, and make sure that Notes is clicked. If it is, then unclick it, and then click it again.
