i think my iphone 14 has been hacked and my screen is being mirrored but when i tap on the screen mirroring icon the loading icon keeps spinning so I can’t tell if someone is seeing my screen. How can I stop screen mirroring.

Try a forced restart.

Are you using an external display, whether AirPlay or otherwise? If so, discontinue that, restart, and test again.
