iPhone 17 Pro Max vibrates excessively when using speaker

Hello gang,

I wanted to get some reinsurance about my iPhone 17 Pro Max (1TB), as of recent, it feels like the phone vibrates a lot more whenever I use the speaker on the phone. Listening to music or playing any kind of audio from any app will make it feel like the whole thing is vibrating. I don't remember my pervious phones doing something like this but I wanted to know if that's normal now with the iPhone going to aluminum or it might be something else. I haven't dropped the phone once since getting it in mid October and I am updated to iOS 26.1. I've checked the speaker and cleaned it with a toothbrush and cloth but still the same. Just need to know if anyone else is experiencing this, or am I going crazy, before I go through the process of taking it to the Apple Store. Any help is appreciated.

I don't tend to listen to music through my iPhone speakers as they are small and simply can't reproduce music realistically, especially if you play music at a high volume. So I can't comment if mine do. I can say if I play music at a modest level, mine don't vibrate unusually on my 17 Pro Max.

So how loud are you pushing the speakers? If you're concerned, however, it would recommended to have your phone tested at the Apple Store Genius Bar to be sure --> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
