Cannot find 'Set Volume' action in iPhone automation

IPhone 16e automation. I'm trying to 'set volume' at various times. After setting time, I search for set volume or set device, which produce null results and there are few options listed with 'set' in getting started. I have a speak text automation which works fine and my phone is up to date. Several AI advise the known procedure which produce no options. Is this an known issue or am I doing something wrong?

I can find "Set Volume" on my 16e on iOS 26.1 without any problems. So it's not a specific issue on that model.

Are you fully updated? Have you tried finding it manually? After you set the time in your automation, tap Next and tap New Blank Automation, then tap Controls. Set Volume should be number two on the list.

If you don't mind telling me which automation you want to make, I can test it on my device.
