How do I create a new, spam-free iCloud email and forward relevant emails from my current account?

I have an Apple ID and an Apple iCloud email, however I have over 4000 emails in my inbox from spam and junk mail. I've tried (unsuccessfully) to unsubribe and/or reply with STOP, but they just keep coming. So I'd like to create a new iCloud email to make as my primary email, and notify my family and friends of my new mail to create a new ad/spam,& junk free email, that is also unknown to any and all political solicitors! I'd also like to be able to forward relevant emails from my current junk overloaded email account. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks,

Create a primary email address for iCloud Mail - Apple Support

Note: You can’t rename your primary iCloud Mail email address later. If you change your mind, you can add an email alias instead.
