Clear Apple ID balance to change App Store region
Request to clearing a small remaining balance on my Apple ID account to enable me to change my App Store country or region from Saudi Arabia to Pakistan.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request your assistance in clearing a small remaining balance on my Apple ID account to enable me to change my App Store country or region from Saudi Arabia to Pakistan.
Previously, my App Store was set to the Saudi Arabia region, and my account currently holds a balance of 1.55 Saudi Riyals (SAR). I have recently relocated permanently to Pakistan and am no longer in Saudi Arabia. As I do not have access to a payment method that allows me to add funds in Saudi Riyals, and the remaining balance is insufficient to purchase even the least expensive item available in the Saudi App Store, I am unable to spend it down to zero on my own.
According to Apple’s official support documentation (https://support.apple.com/en-us/118283), when a remaining store credit balance is less than the cost of a single item and prevents a country or region change, customers should contact Apple Support for assistance in removing the balance.
I kindly request that you clear the remaining 1.55 SAR balance from my account (I understand this amount will be forfeited and do not require a refund). This will allow me to update my App Store region to Pakistan without further delay.
I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, as it is preventing me from fully accessing App Store services in my current country of residence.
