Request a refund for accidentally purchased apps
Hello,
My child, who is a minor, accidentally purchased the following apps:
- FaceApp
- Speak & Learning English
We would like to request a refund for both apps.
iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 18
If you got an email receipt and there's a 'Report a Problem' link in it, use that; otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
