Sorry if this has been asked before but, how do I complete an automation that achieves the following:
At night, set the front porch light to 30%. If motion is detected set the light to 100% and then return it to 30% after the motion ends.
Any ideas on how?
My iPhone's language is set to German, so phrasing may vary.
When you create the automation, and the very end of the process, you are shown a sheet summarizing what you have entered so far. On iOS 26, you recognize this sheet by the checkmark in the upper-right corner.
On that sheet, at the very bottom, there is a field that (in German) says something similar to "Turn off after" or "Deactivate". After selecting it, you may enter a time-frame after which the state the automation triggered deactivates.
