Trouble with season pass for season 16 of Expedition Unknown.

I purchased the new season pass for Expedition Unknown. I was able to watch the first episode. Since then, I have received two emails saying that there are new episodes available. I have tried to watch the first and am unable to unless I get the Philo app. I do not want Philo. The third one that is supposed to be there does not even show up. I purchased from Apple for viewing on Apple. Three requests for help have gone unanswered.

This feels like a real scam. If anyone has suggestions to resolve this, I would appreciate it.
