Digital escalation of Apple Store complaint to Apple UK

I’ve made an email complaint about an Apple Store direct to the store using their email address but they are not responding. How can I escalate higher to Apple UK?


I am unable to use the telephone due to accessibility needs so it needs to be digital contact.
