Depending upon your ultimate objective, the method in article provided in a previous post should work but note the added comment referring to what is in the Apple support article to which I provided a link above. There is some contradiction in opinion as to what may happen if you restore from a backup.

Until this is definitively updated then my inclination is to follow what Apple says because it aligns with trying to remove similar services such as ScreenTime on its devices.
