Changed my Apple password. Why does my iMac Ventura 13.7.8 keep offering me to change my password ????

You may want to check whether you have an update waiting to be installed.
Eg: It seems you are using MacOS 13.7 You can check in System Settings > General > Software Updates
Reminder: It is always wise to back-up Mac before updating, if you choose to update the MacOS version.
There have been eight updates since 13.7
What's new in the updates for macOS Ventura - Apple Support says MacOS 13.7.8 is the latest Ventura version"
and says:
"This update provides important security fixes and is recommended for all users".

Else: If already using MacOS 13.7.8 on your Mac:
Try restarting your Mac: ie: Click the black Apple on the left in the top menu bar > Choose "Restart"
(deletes temporary files, may update recent setting changes, re-establishes connections,
and often restores order if something is not working as expected.)
When Mac restarts, log back-in, and see if the problem-situation was solved..
