On start up my daughters Macbook has a pop up that says "Expiring configuration profile management profile in 9 days" This is an older school laptop that she had before her current one but we use it as a spare. Not sure how I update or even if I need to update this certificate? Any advice pls?
It sounds like the laptop is still connected to the school's management system (laptops provided by schools typically have management software installed in them to track them if they get lost, and to prevent malware infecting the school systems).
You probably need to talk to the school's administrator, since they have the keys to that system.
