Since I upgraded my ISO to 1872 something like that my Hungarian language dictation it’s not recognize I have a new keyboard for it with the previous version I saw I had no problem I tried everything reset reinstall it just not working why are you doing that update And you lose your good setting

Exactly that's what I'm talking about. Doesn't let me select the Hungarian no matter what I do OK I have a VPN installed. Do you think so? Maybe that is preventing me because I'm in Canada.
Interesting that the vpn could interfere that way!
Perhaps the people who make it could fix that if you ask them.

You really should be able to see iOS 26 in the Also Available part of the update page, as shown below for a phone:
Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
(But note that there is no going back to an earlier version when you update, if there are things about 26 that you do not like)
Thank you for the help. It was a long few days with frustration, but I deleted the VPN and did help. Who would know! I did pay for that stupid thing. Do you think I should demand back my money?.
