error code -41562 on Project Export

I needed to combine two exiting projects within a Library. I initially tired to just do it in Quicktime, but Quicktime cannot handle Chapter Markers. So I opened FCP and created a new Event and Project . I then loaded the first Project (call it number 1) copied all the media in the Timeline, opened the new Project and pasted the media. Looked good. Opened the second Project (call it number 2) and repeated the copy/paste. Everything looked good int he new Project.

I Exported (cmd+E) Got 99% of the way through and failed. When I looked at the Timeline there4 were problems with the generated Captions at the very end. I deled the offending captions and redid them.

But now, the export fails about 3 or 4% in with error code -41562. I first searched Apple Support, but that is useless because it showed everything but what I was looking for. As an aside, this is what Apple should fix first before all the other AI carp. Off soapbox. I then searched here in the Community for the same error code. No such ether.

I sure would greatly appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.
