VIDS app charged me anyway
I tried the free trial but after an hour I realised the app wasn’t for me so I instantly cancelled. After the three days had elapsed I find that I’ve been charged. Apple declined my request for a refund. Do I apply to my credit card company for a refund or are Apple accountable for their error. I’m new to the IPhone after years of Android use. Beginning to regret it tbh. So many inefficiencies.
