After a tab / web page has timed out, you click on it to reload it.. NOTHING HAS CHANGED so it's not a "new version" yet you have to click send the form again..
This pop up warning can not be disabled..
I have stopped using Safari now due to the constant clicking to close this.
You don't know in this situation whether the remote site has processed your previous form submission (and then failed to respond quickly enough to prevent a timeout) or not.
"Shooting the messenger" (by switching to a browser that will not display the error message – if you can find one) will not protect you against the possibility of unwanted consequences from submitting the same form twice.
Are you sure you want to send a form again ?
