Unable to Humanize MIDI timing

I have a MIDI drum track that I want to humanize.

I select the MIDI notes, go to Functions > MIDI Transform > Humanize, but I can only randomize the note Velocity. The note position (and note length) cannot be randomized. (see attached screenshot)

This used to work, then all of a sudden, it stopped working. Any ideas?
