I have unity games and I have won money on there games but they don’t pay for winning other players have complained about this same thing, so my question is how do we get unity games banned from the store

One note to add to Ingo and Carol's excellent advice. You can't "get them banned." You can only report and review them. Apple makes the final decision. They won't let you know the progress of their decision making procerss or the reasons for their actions (or lack thereof).
In addition to Ingo's good advice, I also suggest you open the app in the App Store and leave a review.
