Mac screen blocked by Find My app message

A "Find my app" message is blocking my Mac screen, I am unable to get in the Mac.

It's unclear what you are trying to say.

Are you telling us that this Mac is Activation Locked, and displaying something similar to the iPhone's "Locked to Owner" screen?
