Cancel a Subscription Immediately instead of waiting for the billing cycle

Cancellation can be done at any point.

Once cancelled, the subscription continues until the end of the billing period.

If you want to have it terminate early instead of waiting for it to normally expire, you will need to contact Apple Support directly and have them end it.

If you mean you want it to end right now, you'll have to contact Apple. Subscriptions will continue until the expiration date. Canceling them just tells them not to renew after that date. To have it end before that date you need to contact Apple and explain you need it to end immediately.
