Numbers - SUMIFS with DATES

I am sorry if this has been covered already, but I cannot find the thread.

I have this table collecting date off of another table see below.

I want to show the daily balances of my accounts. If have used a sumifs formula see image below.

The formula works fine up until the 28th/29th of each much and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.
