In the past, I have pasted an address into contacts and it would automatically populate individual fields.
In the past, I could paste an address into contacts and it would automatically populate individual fields. This was an inconsistent behavior, I never figured out under what situation it worked. Also contacts on macOS has been completely rewritten I think. Under what circumstances does this work? It seems that in today’s day and age it should be easy to paste an address and have the street address, city, State and ZIP Code, Fields populate correctly. I mean, we have artificial intelligence now, it seems like this should be easy.
In notes on iOS for instance I can, by holding my finger on an address, I can either add a street address to Contacts or a city to Contacts, but not the complete address. What use is that?
