Couldn’t load error message when trying to play any show on tv+ for the past few days.
error says Couldn’t Load Videos check your internet connection and try again,
although all my other apps work and the internet is fine.
have a Hisense smart tv.

I’ve just gone into the application settings on my Hisense TV and cleared the cache. This has fixed the error.
I also have a Hisense tv. My Apple TV has been working fine on the tv then 3 days ago the same error message popped up. All my other streaming services are working fine my internet connection is strong and fast. I am still able to watch Apple TV on my iPhone and I can cast to the same tv and then the video plays fine but for some reason dubbed in German (this can be changed back to English in the settings).
Check all of your cables and try an Ethernet cable
