Purchased MacBook Air M4 with discrepancy in Apple coverage date

On 17th October, 2025, I have bought a "MacBook Air M4"(13 inch, 24/512GB) from a reseller shop of Bangladesh. They took the price as real one's price and said that as brand new. But in apple coverage, it shows that it’s purchased on 17th June which was almost five months before the date I have purchased. So tell me, are they saying lie on me? And is that MacBook used before? Are they cheating on me? @AppleAuthority please help

No I just want to give apple the serial number. I just want that if apple will check and say that it’s used before or activate before. I just need to show it. Because the sellers said they had mailed to apple. So I just want a confirmation from apple that my mac is activate 4.5 months before I purchase it. That's all

That will do you absolutely no good.

You don't seem to be comprehending what we're telling you. You are NOT the original purchaser of that device. It was originally sold by Apple or an authorized retailer in June. Eventually, it made its way to the unauthorized shop where you purchased it.

The warranty clock started running in June. Apple won't change that. If you don't like it, return it and get your money back. If you can't do that, hire a lawyer and sue the store where you bought it for fraud.
