This is really worrying. It's kind of new. Nov 2023 M3 ProMax.
So the laptop went asleep.
When I tried to wake it up, it has the beep sound. The magic mouse and keyboard don't work at all.
Nothing touchs the laptop and the beep sound is non stop.
I had to restart the computer.
It happens once or twice a week.

That noise sounds to me like the sound produced by a stuck key that is repeating.
Have you inspected the entire keyboard for any key(s) that don't seem to travel up and down properly?
You might consider taking the computer in to be evaluated by a service tech.

It seems so but there is nothing touches the keyboard of the laptop itself nor the blue tooth keyboard.
One thing I suspected is the table/desk where the laptop is palce. The surface is not 100% even. ie you can see that as the laptop can be moved.

The item was purchased in 2023 so I don't think 14 day exchange option is available. The 1 year Apple care has expired too:(
