I have reached the limit of 5 Authorized Computers.
I only own 2.
How do I see and edit the list of Computers so I can keep it current?
What are the exact steps.

There is no list to be seen, and you can only deauthorize specific computers from the computer itself. It cannot be done from another device or computer.
Your only real option at this point, is to de-authorize all computers and then re-authorize the ones you still have access to.
