Photos identifies dupicate photos that are different

The duplicates feature in Photos is really nice. I have been cleaning up my digital life. However, I have some photos in color and black and white. They are being identified as duplicates. Is there a way to identify the photos as different so that they do not show up in the photos duplicate feature?

No. I've had these since Duplicates was first initiated in Photos:

These have different filenames and different Titles, and their times are less than a second apart, but otherwise the metadata are the same.

Newer duplicates appear at the bottom of the list, so I just ignore the older ones at the top.
