Apple bricked my iPads with iOS 26

Ever since I updated to iOS 26.0.1 BOTH of my iPad 11's have gone berserk. They stumble, they sit and do nothing, the touch screen isn't working right, apps won't load, and they keep bouncing me back to my home screen. Today home screen icons started not loading leaving white placeholders, then it went dark. Nothing. They are 100% charged, my WiFi is working fine, the iPads (2 of them) just won't work right anymore. Whatever they did, I want it undone STAT. I'm getting really tired of Apple borking my equipment with their faulty updates. This isn't my fault and I don't want to hear that I'm going to have to pay for them to fix something they broke. Anyone have any suggestions since they are avoiding responsibility by deferring us to user forums?

UPDATE. By total accident, I discovered that one of my apps, for a security camera, evidently had a flaw in it, and was causing problems not only with their app, but also evidently the functioning of the iPad 11's I have. I deleted the TP app (Tapo) and then re-downloaded it, and ALL the iPad problems evaporated.
