Click on the "Help" menu within one of your MS apps such as Word. Search for "uninstall" which will provide you with the instructions.
Searching the Microsoft website produces the following MS article which provides the same instructions as the "Help" option:
MS apps tend to be tied to a limited number of devices/activations, so you should deactivate the device as well so you can use the software on another device.
