Apple TV Remote Malfunctioning

I just updated my Apple TV 4K and my remote doesn’t work properly.

When I power on apple tv all keys on my remote works perfectly but as soon as I press any key.

This Happens :

Left, Right, play-pause, Control/Home Screen key works normal.

If I press down key, it goes infinitely upwards till I press any other working key.

Centre Key, Circular Touchpad, Up , mute and volume keys key don’t work but Light on Apple TV blinks when I press these keys.

I have already Disconnected and reconnected my remote and even reset the whole Apple TV.

I wonder it is a software issue as light is blinking on Apple TV for keys that don’t work.
