Recently, I can only hear sound from the left side of my HyperX Cloud 2 Wireless when it’s connected to my MacBook Air via the 2.4GHz receiver. However, the headphones work perfectly on my PC, and other Bluetooth headphones also work fine with my MacBook.

On MacBook Air:
You may want to check : Apple Menu > System Settings > Sound > Output
Check the balance slider ... usually needs to be in the middle
If already set in the middle: try moving the slider back and forth a few times.
