All iOS Shortcuts that Skip Foward or Back on apple tv stopped working since ios 25 update

All iOS Shortcuts that Skip Foward or Backward more than 10 seconds on apple tv have stopped working since ios 2. No matter how many seconds are programmed into the shortcut, the skip is 10 seconds. Tried repeating it 3 times in the shortcut to get a 30 second skip and it still skips 10 seconds. Apple seems to have broken yet another perfectly feature with this update.
