Adding music to a iPod nano generation 4

I recently got this iPod nano generation Four and I have a 2022 MacBook Air, this computer doesn't have iTunes so I'm trying to figure out how to put music on it thru finder because the music app won't recognize it

help me

When connected to the Mac, the iPod should appear as a device in Finder. Where are you getting stuck?


If it's not showing up in Finder, make sure the "CDs, DVDs and iOS Devices" option is checked in the Finder Menu ➜ Settings ➜ SideBar.
