For assistance with IBM Trusteer Rapport, check with IBM support.

The IBM website:

Find Any File can help in removing leftover components of apps that have been deleted.  Do the following:

#1 - boot into Safe Mode according to Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take 2 -3 minutes as it's doing the following:• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed

• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)

• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically

• Disables user-installed fonts

• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files

#2 - download and run the shareware app Find Any File to search for any files with the application's or the developer's name in the file name.  For Raport software you'd do the following search(es):

1 - Name contains rapport

Any files that are found can be dragged from the search results window to the Desktop or Trash bin in the Dock for deletion.

FAF can search areas that Spotlight can't like invisible folders, system folders and packages.

#3 - reboot normally.

You can run Find Any File without being booted into Safe Mode but some of the files you may find are still active and can't be removed. So you'd have to boot into Safe Mode to remove them. Best to start out in Safe Mode.

Some component of the IBM Trusteer app has crashed.

If you have restarted and the IBM removal tool has failed, or if you cannot locate the IBM Trusteer removal tool, contact IBM Trusteer support.

We might be able to hack this and prevent this specific error, but anti-malware apps tend to entangle themselves deeply into macOS, and trying to disable part of IBM Trusteer might well cause other issues with the app, or with macOS or other apps.

If IBM Trusteer support can’t sort this, you’re headed for a re-install.

The macOS rapportd process is a Launch Daemon unrelated to the utterly worthless IBM "Trusteer" product.

It may be a moot point though if you in fact installed that garbage, which IBM acquired perhaps a decade or so ago and not long after that backed away from it, adding to the putrescent dung heap of ill-conceived products that must never be installed on Macs.

If you installed that product, erasing the Mac will probably be required. Rule 1 of Macs is don't install junk.
