You could try signing out of iCloud, and then signing back in, to see if that helps.
If you still need help & you haven't already: Restart your Mac : ie: Apple menu > Restart
(Deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections, may update recent setting-changes, and often restores order if something is not working as expected.)
You can check you are signed into your Mac with the same Apple Account details you use for your other devices.

Eg: In iCloud: you may still need to "allow" Find My Mac to use the location of your Mac.
