No. The Apple Music Show Same Album Duplicates feature will display groups of duplicate tracks, but it is up to you to select which to keep and which to discard. See Duplicate songs in iTunes/Music - Apple Community for further background.

There is no automatic function in music app.

Have a look at the Dupin app or Doug’s scripts.
