can't create proxy media in FCPX

Hi, everyone

Could anybody help me pls??

I edited the project as usual, but final cut started slowing down

So I decided to delete all the optimized media and immediately recreate them, but I can't do that with some files... It's so weird

I've been using final cut for years, but I've got this issue for the first time
