Can’t Do Store Pick Up If I Use Apple Gift Card
Title says it all…. Trying to purchase the Beats iPhone case for my new iPhone 17 Pro to pick up tomorrow at the 29th St location in Boulder, Colorado. The total is 86.43$ so I was trying to use my 75$ gift card and pay the remaining 11.43$ change with my debit card. As soon as I place the order, it gives me the error you see below. I got onto chat and the agents seem to have absolutely no idea what’s going on. I spent an hour on chat and each agent told me “we have a dedicated team that can help you with that” and then transferred me to another agent who told me the same thing after ten minutes explaining the issue. I gave up.
Can I use my online gift card in the store? If so how do I do that?
ETA: I confirmed with chat that the item is available in the store so it’s not an inventory issue. I get the same error when I try the three other stores in the area; Flat Irons (Broomfield), Park Meadows (Lone Tree) and Cherry Creek (Aurora).
