iPad Air 4th Gen only charges after restart

I know I’m not the only one whose iPad won’t charge unless restarted. My iPad will not charge unless restarted and I have noticed there are 100’s if not thousands of other apple customers that are also having this problem. The ”help” team will tell you that it’s your fault, but let me assure you it’s not. I have seen the same problem being discussed on most all help forums. Posts dating back 2 years or more. Apple refuses to address the problem. I only have an iPad as my tablet device, and use android for everything else. I’ve never had such a severe problem like this from my Samsung phone. I suggest switching to Samsung or any android tablet.
