Replacement of iPlanner on new iPad

I have a new iPad 😁 I have been using iplanner for years. When I try and use iplanner on my new iPad I get a message informing me that it is not possible to download iplanner as it has been removed from the App Store.

so I wonder if I can transfer the app from my old iPad to my new iPad directly.

if this is not possible then I am looking for a recommendation for an app that will replace iplanner.

I am a shift worker and I use the app to track my shift patterns and appointments etc.
