The offer is an extended trial for new subscribers. If you previously subscribed or did a trial purchasing new hardware does not grant a new one.
When subscribing it will show the price that will be billed (indicating that the trial is not eligible) and requires user input to accept. You are free to try and request a refund but it is within their discretion whether it is accepted.
