Why doesn’t Google font display on macOS Catalina?

My Mac, late 2013 running macOS Catalina 10.15.7, doesn't display Google Fonts.

I've already tried changing DNS, restarting everything, in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox, and it doesn't work. On my phone, using the same network but with Wi-Fi, it does work fine.

The internet provider says it's a problem with the computer. It used to work fine. Below are screenshots of how it looks in Safari (????) and Firefox (it repeats the same font in all options).
