I recently purchased an iPhone 16 Pro Max (Model CH) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The device works perfectly, but I have noticed that the Apple Intelligence feature is not available, even though I have updated to the latest version of iOS and set my region and language to United States.

I understand that Apple Intelligence is currently being rolled out gradually, but I would like to know whether this feature will be available on CH (China mainland) model devices that were purchased and activated outside of China (in this case, in the UAE).

Could you please confirm whether Apple Intelligence will become available for my device in the future, or if there are any specific regional or hardware restrictions that prevent it?
