Framerates capped at 120fps after updating to macOS Tahoe

I was having more than 200 fps in Minecraft from my 2021 Macbook M1 Pro, but after updating to macOS Tahoe I'm now having 120 fps. Disabled v-sync, enabled unlimited framerates doesn't work. My external monitor even have 180 hz (connected via thunderbolt not HDMI). Is this a bug and will it get fix soon?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 26.0
