Battery draining 18% after 2 hours of idle with Safari open on MacBook

Is it normal that my battery decreased 18% after 2hrs of idle but safari is the only tab open and no other app. I'm very anxious if this is normal huh

It depends on what that single Safari tab is doing and what other software you have installed since some software will always run in the background whether the app is visible to you. You may want to run the third party app EtreCheck and post the complete report here so we can examine it for possible clues.

FYI, idle means the computer is still running & using energy. Is the laptop going to sleep at all during these "idle" times?
