Apple is unable to verify your identification information

I’ve been trying to apply for the Apple Card for months now, and it keeps telling me that it cannot verify my identity. I’ve tried everything, I’ve tried updating my information on my settings. I’ve tried checking my information on my credit report to see if they match and they do. I just don’t know what else to do, I’ve called Apple support and Goldman Sachs many times and they’ve both given me the same answer; Wait 30 days to reapply.


Any other suggestions? I have given up at this point.

Goldman Sachs uses only TransUnion and uses your FICO 9 score, not the more common FICO 8. Contact TransUnion and get a copy of your FICO 9 score and credit report.
